SMBC Friend Securities Co., Ltd.

SMBC Friend Securities was founded as a result of the merger between Meiko National Securities and Sakura Friend Securities in April 2003. It later merged with Izumi Securities in April 2004. It became a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sumitomo Mitsui Financial Group, Inc. through share exchange in September 2006.
