Revision of Dividend Forecast for the Fiscal Year Ended March 31, 2015

 

TOKYO, May 13, 2015 --- Sumitomo Mitsui Financial Group, Inc. (gSMFGh) announces that it has resolved at the meeting of the Board of Directors held today, to revise its fiscal year-end cash dividend forecast on common stock for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2015, previously announced in November 13, 2014, in view of recent good financial performance.
