2024年11月27日、現地の学校であるLittle Ilford Schoolを訪問し、学生向けに模擬面接を実施しました。
Little Ilford Schoolには非常に多様なコミュニティで、50以上の国からの学生が在籍しています。多くの学生は家庭で英語以外の言語を話しています。
模擬面接を行うことで、学生たちのキャリア発展を支援することができました。
今後も、ロンドンの従業員たちは多様性、公平性、包括性（DE&I）に関連する取り組みを続けていきます。
On November 27, 2024, we visited Little Ilford School, a local school, and conducted mock interviews for the students.
Little Ilford School is a very diverse community with students from over 50 different countries. A high proportion of the students speak a language that is not English at home. Through holdingmock interviews, we were able to support the students in their career development.
Moving forward, London colleagues will continue its efforts related to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I).
