2025年9月29日、Black Employees and Allies Networkと連携し、East London Business Allianceの協力のもと、地域の若者を対象としたCareer Insight Dayを開催しました。
当日は多様な背景を持つ学生を銀行に招き、社員によるパネルディスカッションなどを通して、金融分野でのキャリアを探る貴重な機会を提供することができ、参加者からも好意的なご意見をいただけました。
今後もSMBCバンクインターナショナルは若者のキャリアを支援してまいります。
On September 29th, 2025, the CSR team partnered with the Black Employees and Allies Network to host an inspiring Career Insight Day for local young people, in collaboration with the East London Business Alliance.
The event welcomed students from diverse backgrounds into the bank, offering them a valuable opportunity to explore careers in financial services.
The day featured a dynamic panel discussion with colleagues, a networking lunch, an interactive banking challenge, and workshops focused on CV writing and early careers pathways.
Initiatives like this are vital in helping to break down barriers and ensure that young people from all backgrounds have access to the insights, skills, and connections they need to thrive in professional environments.
The day was a great success and the young people had amazing feedback along with the colleagues that volunteered their time.
