2025年9月25日、当地において知的障がい者の就業支援を行うEnable社の植物アレンジメントのワークショップに参加しました。
知的障がいのあるEnable社のトレーナーの指導による多肉植物のアレンジメント制作を通して、相互理解に向けた対話を行うことができました。
また、育苗場の見学も行い障がいの有無に限らず誰でも参画できる社会づくりに尽力する地元企業の熱意を肌で感じました。
今後も地元企業と連携し、経済的価値に留まらず社会的価値の創造にも取り組んでまいります。
On September 25, 2025, we participated in a flower arrangement workshop hosted by Enable, an organization that provides employment support for Persons of Determination in the local community.
Through creating succulent arrangements under the guidance of Enable trainers who are Persons of Determination, we were able to engage in dialogue that fostered mutual understanding.
We also toured a seedling nursery and experienced firsthand the passion of local businesses dedicated to building an inclusive society in which everyone can participate, regardless of disability.
Going forward, we will continue to work with local businesses to create not only economic value but also social value.
