2025年11月8日、当地の高齢者支援団体であるLabuan Senior Citizens Associationにて健康促進イベントを実施しました。
当日は健康に関する講話や健康診断を実施したほか、参加者の皆様と一緒に体を動かしていただけるよう、簡単なストレッチや軽い運動を行いました。
今後も地域の高齢者の健康増進に寄与する活動を継続してまいります。
On 8 November 2025, we held a health promotion event at the Labuan Senior Citizens Association, a local organization that supports the elderly.
In addition to a health talk and basic health check-ups, we also did simple stretching and light exercises together.
In support of an aging population, we will continue to engage in activities that engage senior citizens in the local community.
