2025年11月25日、ロンドンの慈善団体である East London Business Alliance と連携し、社会的に十分な支援や機会を得られていない若者を対象に、コーポレートバンキングの業務実態を紹介する「Corporate Banking Career Insight Day」を開催しました。
当日は25名の若者に参加いただき、将来のキャリアを具体的に描けるようになることを目指して、社員によるパネルディスカッションやワークショップ、オフィスツアーなどを実施しました。
今後も、金融サービス業界でのキャリアに対する認知を広げることで、若者のキャリア形成を支援する取組みを継続してまいります。
On November 25, 2025 we held a ‘Corporate Banking Uncovered’ Careers Insight Day” in collaboration with the East London Business Alliance charity, for young people who may face barriers in support and opportunities.
A total of 25 participants joined the event and we held a panel discussion with colleagues, an interactive workshop, and a networking lunch to help them envision their future careers.
We will continue our efforts to support young people by broadening awareness of careers in the financial services.
