英国国民保健サービス（NHS）と連携し、アプリの操作説明ボランティアを実施しました。
We carried out volunteer support sessions on how to use the NHS app in
collaboration with the UK’s National Health Service (NHS).
2025年の10月から12月にかけて計5回、英国国民保健サービス（NHS）が主催するイベント「Doctor Digital」にて、NHSアプリの操作説明ボランティアを実施しました。
当地は医療分野のデジタル化が進んでおり、医療サービスの利用や健康管理をNHSアプリで行えるようになっています。
本取組では500人以上の地域の皆さまに対して、アプリのダウンロードから診療予約、検査結果・医療記録の閲覧等が行えるようサポートしました。
今後も高齢者の皆さまが安心して医療にアクセスし、健康に生活できるよう、支援を継続してまいります。
From October to December 2025, we participated in a total of five “Doctor Digital” events hosted by the NHS, providing volunteer support on how to use the NHS app.
As healthcare services in the UK are becoming increasingly digital, the NHS app enables users to access healthcare services and manage their health more easily.
Through this initiative, we supported more than 500 local community members?from downloading the app to booking appointments and viewing test results and medical records.
Going forward, we will continue our support so that seniors can access healthcare with confidence and live healthy lives.
