2025年12月3日、国際的な慈善団体Career Readyと連携し、 高校生向けにCareer Insight Dayを開催しました。
当日は約60名の高校生をSMBCバンクインターナショナル本社に迎え、キャリアに関するパネルディスカッションやキッチンカー事業の資金調達案をチームで検討・立案するワークショップを実施しました。
今後も、次世代を担う若者が生まれ育った環境に関わらず就業機会を得られるよう、支援を推進してまいります。
On December 3, 2025 we hosted a Career Insight Day for high school students in collaboration with the social mobility charity Career Ready.
On the day, we welcomed approximately 60 students to SMBC Bank International’s headquarters and held a panel discussion on career paths, as well as a workshop in which teams discussed and developed funding proposals for a food truck business.
Going forward, we will continue to support the young people who will shape the next generation so they can access employment opportunities regardless of their background.
