2026年1月15日、ブラッセルの日本人学校にて、金融とキャリアに関する特別授業を実施しました。
当日は日本人社員2名が講師を務め、小学校5・6年生の生徒約50名に向けて銀行の仕組みなど金融の基礎知識に加えて、日々の業務内容や銀行を志した理由についてもお話ししました。
生徒の皆さまからは積極的な質問が寄せられ、終始活発な授業となりました。
今後も次世代を担う若者のキャリア形成に資する取組みを推進してまいります。
On 15 January 2026, we delivered a special class on finance and careers at the Japanese School in Brussels.
Two Japanese colleagues served as guest speakers for approximately 50 fifth- and sixth-grade students, covering the basics of finance such as how banks work, as well as sharing their day-to-day work and what inspired them to pursue a career in banking.
The students asked many proactive questions, making it an engaging session throughout.
Going forward, we will continue to promote initiatives that support career development for the younger generation.
