2025年10月1日、当地のWaltham Forest Collegeにて会計・ビジネスを学ぶ学生を対象に、キャリア・インサイト・デーを開催しました。
キャリア・インサイト・デーとは、社員との対話やワークショップを通じて、学生に職業理解とキャリア形成のヒントを届けるイベントです。
当日は社員5名によるキャリアに関するパネルディスカッションに加え、国際案件を想定したケースディスカッションを実施しました。
また、当行における多様なキャリアの選択しについて紹介し、学生の皆さまに「人生の次のステップ」や将来の目標について考える機会を提供しました。
今後も次世代を担う若者が将来の夢や目標をもって社会に踏み出せるよう、継続的に支援してまいります。
On October 1, 2025, we hosted a Career Insight Day at Waltham Forest College for students studying accounting and business.
A Career Insight Day is an event that provides students with insights into the world of work and practical tips for career development through dialogue with our colleagues and workshops.
On the day, in addition to a career focused panel discussion with five colleagues, we held a case discussion based on a simulated international deal scenario.
We also introduced the diverse career pathways available within the bank, giving students an opportunity to reflect on their next steps in life and future goals.
Going forward, we will continue to support young people who will shape the next generation, so that they can step into society with aspirations and clear goals.
