2025年10月、フランクフルトの就業支援施設と連携し、キャリアワークショップを開催しました。
恵まれない環境にある若年層50名に対し、社員20名が履歴書の作成支援や面接練習、キャリアに関する面談を行いました。
多くの参加者からは将来のキャリアに関する視野が広がった等の声が寄せられ、有意義な機会となりました。
今後も次世代を担う若年層の就労支援に資する取組みを推進してまいります。
In October 2025, we held a career workshop in partnership with an employment support organization in Frankfurt.
Twenty employees provided support to 50 young people from disadvantaged backgrounds, including CV writing assistance, interview practice, and career consultations.
Many participants commented that the workshop broadened their perspective on their future careers, making it a meaningful opportunity.
We will continue to promote initiatives that support employment opportunities for the younger generation.
