2025年10月14日〜31日、当地の慈善団体であるGift of Happiness Foundation、Bann Nokkamin Foundationと連携し、「Warm Heart Project」を実施しました。
本プロジェクトは、遠隔地の寒冷地域に暮らす恵まれないコミュニティへ生活必需品を届ける取組みです。
今回、SMBCバンコクオフィスではグループ会社を含む社員の協力のもと、冬服、子ども用おもちゃ、教育関連書籍等を回収しました。
最終的に、子ども用おもちゃ61点、教育関連書籍82冊、文房具セット288個が集まり、連携先の慈善団体や当地の学校へ届けられました。
今後も、地域コミュニティの持続的な発展に資する活動を行ってまいります。
From 14 to 31October, the Warm Heart Project collected winter clothes, children’s toys, and educational books at the SMBC Bangkok office to support families in remote, colder parts of Thailand.
SMBC Group companies in Thailandーincluding SBCS, SMFL, and PROMISEーactively contributed to this initiative.
After the collection period, UNIQLO picked up 934 winter clothes and coordinated their distribution through trusted partners on November 4.
SMBC Bangkok employees also purchased essential goods and educational supplies, which volunteers assembled into care packages on November 17.
In total, 61 children’s toys, 82 educational books, and 288 stationery packs were delivered to Koosalod 2 School, Gift of Happiness Foundation, and Bann Nokkamin Foundation in December 2025.
This coordinated effort reflects SMBC’s commitment to providing warmth, learning materials, and support to vulnerable families, while promoting sustainability and community care.
