Customer Satisfaction Survey
In SMBC, we conduct surveys to measure customer satisfaction. We utilize the results to consider remediation activities by the head office and give feedbacks to front offices to improve their operation, so we can share the areas for improvement across the company and make efforts to improve the quality of our services.
Results of the Survey (Customers in our Wholesale Business)
In the annual survey we send to customers in our Wholesale Business, 72.5% stated they are satisfied with our business relation in FY2020 (5,400 respondents)
Utilizing the results of the survey, we will strive to improve our products and services to attract our customers going forward.
